Details of Warranty as follows:
In the event of a (warranty) fault arising with a unit anytime within the 3 year period, just send the item back and we will have it repaired as quickly as possible and then returned to you by courier free of charge!
Alternatively, if you choose to return the unit to our showrooms in person, we will provide a loan unit whilst yours is being repaired. Once your unit is repaired, you simply bring in the loan machine and collect your repaired one!
If the fault with the unit is caused by misuse or accidental damage (non warranty), you can still send the unit to us and have the unit repaired at half the normal price. This cost will vary depending on the fault.
*If no claims have been made by the end of the 3 year period, simply return this form with a copy if your purchase receipt within 30 days of expiry for an INSTANT FULL REFUND!
All prices quoted include VAT. This does not affect your statutory rights. Flight cases, bags cartidges,cross faders, styli and lamps are not covered as they are wear and tear items.
