No property or title of the goods shall pass from Audio Visual Sound & Light (getinthemix.co.uk) to the customer until payment has been received in full. The customer is responsible for the goods from the time of delivery and liability to insure the goods then rests with the customer.

Access, MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta, American Express cards are accepted without a surcharge, however we reserve the right to deliver only to the card holders billing address unless the card issuer states otherwise. Personal and business cheques are also welcome by us, but will be subject to a seven day clearance time.

All products are subject to availability, all items shown should be in stock. In the event of an item not being in stock we will contact you to advise you.

All products are covered by the manufactures warranty.

Your delivery from Audio Visual is insured by our couriers.

Claims for non-delivery or damaged goods must be notified to us within 7 days from expected date of delivery. Claims will not be accepted after that time. Goods which are deemed faulty on arrival will be collected by our courier for replacement or refund.

Terms which apply to mail order consumers as defined in the Consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000.The consumer shall, subject to the terms set out in this clause, have the right to cancel on order within 7 working days from the day after the goods are delivered by the company provided we receive written notice of such cancellation.

If a consumer exercises his/her right to cancel, Audio Visual shall reimburse any payment made within 21 days from the date he/she gave such notice of cancellation. The consumer shall not be entitled to a repayment in the event that:-

* he/she does not take reasonable care of the goods pre or post cancellation. for the purposes of this clause, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the goods if such goods are not kept packed in their original box, with all accessories, manuals and interconnects and the internal or external packaging is damaged in any way or the goods are marked, damaged or not in the same condition in which they were sold.

The consumer is responsible for the cost in returning any unwanted items.

Deposits to hold goods are non refundable.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
