Returns Policy
All goods we sell carry a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.
What is covered / not covered?
Replaceable items such as Crossfaders, Styli, Drive belts, Lamps, Batteries are classed as 'consumables' and are user replaceable when they wear out. Certain brands of mixers do have a 2 year or lifetime warranty on the crossfader. (see description on product that you want to buy). Replacement faders, styli etc can be purchased from us at little cost.

You can also give us a call on (01206) 798000 to arrange a pickup from our couriers. This is charged at £20.00 if the item is to be returned outside of 7 days after purchase though we will pay the courier fees to ship the item back to you once repaired.
Please make sure all items are in the original or suitable packaging to ensure a safe return with a description of all faults.
We try to turn around any repair within 24-48 hours (subject to parts availability). A product which is within 28 days of purchase, we will endeavour to replace providing the product is in 'as new' condition with all relevant packaging intact and in good condition.
